Q: How do I find my vehicle production number?
A: Specific information may not be available for all models or years, but the best way to find out build number and production info is to contact the Ford Performance Call Center at 800-367-3788 or FordShowParts.com. They are the keepers of the official database of late model Ford specialty vehicles. For older vehicles, we suggest getting vehicle report from Marti Autoworks at www.martiauto.com. They are a great resource for information on classic and vintage Fords.

Q: Can I change my design once I submit my order?
A: No. Unfortunately, we are unable to view or edit your design once it is sent to the manufacturer. In some cases, we may be able to cancel the order so that you may resubmit it, but no changes can be made by us or the manufacturer after the order is placed. PLEASE double check your design for accuracy before finalizing your order.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in separate shipments from different locations. Personalized items and print-on-demand items may take up to 3 weeks to produce. Please allow for processing and shipping time.

Q: What will my shirt look like?
A: The printing process is Direct To Garment (DTG). This is different than traditional screen printing. It's more like inkjet printing on fabric, which allows us to print shirts on-demand and offer personalization, but the print quality is different than a screen printed shirt. See samples below.
